Nickname: Has always been Ski/Skista/Robski. (We played World Cup when I was younger and one day we played Czech v Russia and all the lads in the Czech team had ski on the end of their name and Robski stuck). My mates in London still call me that Robski.

- Player: I didn’t start playing until I was 21 and started at Brentham then onto Southall, Hampton & Richmond, Harefield United, Hillingdon Borough, Truro City.
- Manager: Truro City, Wendron, Penzance.
- Then Assistant: Foxhole, Newquay and found my home at Wadebridge, Come on the Bridgers!!!!!

Football highlight: Making my full debut in the FA Cup for Hampton away at Lancing in the early 90’s at the tender age of 23, Won 3-1.
I was lucky enough to be at Wembley the day Trevor Brooking won the FA Cup against Arsenal. Two Great days!
Earliest football memory: Watching Clyde Best on The Big Match for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. The first black footballer I had ever seen in England. Such an amazing inspiration. I was lucky enough to go to his home and meet him a few years ago in Bermuda. What a true gentleman.
Trophies won: As a player never won a senior trophy in London or Cornwall. Player of the year awards, Vets winners trophies and various cups in London. Junior trophies in Cornwall with Truro City.
Random fact: I never scored a senior goal after 5 seasons in Cornwall. I was given a penalty to take on my last senior game but the keeper saved it. A month later in my first vets game I scored 5. Ain’t that the way!! 😂😂😂
