Enjoy the Gaffer’s summary, our match highlights, match report and Fan’s Twitter coverage from Tuesday’s disappointing home defeat in our local derby versus Bodmin Town.
The Gaffer’s Summary
“Always disappointing to lose a derby but I really can’t fault the effort of the lads. We put a helluva lot into the Mousehole game and I think that showed in our quality as much as our output on the night. Credit to Bodmin who fully deserved their win.”

Match Report
Report courtesy of Kevin Marriott from South West Sports News
Dan Jennings returned to haunt his former club Wadebridge with both goals as Bodmin took the spoils in a lively local derby at Bodieve Park.
The striker, a popular player during his time with the Bridgers, struck in the 36th and 57th minutes to take his season’s tally to 16 as Darren Gilbert’s side put together arguably their best all-round 90 minutes of the season.
Wadebridge had earned rave reviews from their previous two games, away at Liskeard (4-3) and Mousehole (2-2), and would have gone top of the table with a win.
But they were never able – or perhaps allowed – to produce the flowing football which earned those away points.
