Camelford v Wadebridge Town

We wish everybody a very happy Christmas from the Club and hope 2021 will be more normal for us all. Join us to celebrate at Camelford on Boxing Day for our next game with a 11:00 ko (cancelled due to water logged pitch) and unfortunately our final game of 2020 at Bodieve Park on Monday 28th with an 11:00 ko with Newquay has been postponed for everybodies Covid safety reasons.

We kick off at Camelford on Boxing Day with an 11:00 kick off in a repeat of our October FA Vase game.

It was a very tight affair where Camelford bossed the 1st half but we hand the upper hand in the 2nd.

Unfortunately neither team could capitalise on their domonation and the game finished 0 v 0.

It went straight to penalties and we unfortunately missed out losing 4 v 5 on penalties.

Sadly our Boxing Day fixture hasn’t survived the overnight rain so it’s match off at Camelford in the SWPL.

Postponed: 28/12/2020: Wadebridge Town v Newquay @ 11:00

On Bank Holiday Monday we were due to welcome Newquay to Bodieve Park for our 1st meeting of the season.  Newquay have been doing well and currently sit in 9th, whilst we are in 7th, so it should be a cracking encounter to sign off 2020.

Sadly due to the new COVID restrictions we have decided in the best interests of keeping everybody as safe as possible to postpone our home game on Monday.

 We thank you all for your support during 2020 in very difficult times and really hope 2021 will return us to a more normal state with regular football.
